About the Role
We are looking for a mission-driven Advocacy Division Director to lead CAPSAs core survivor services-including Social Services Housing and Emergency Shelter. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring programs meet the highest standards of trauma-informed care align with our mission and are equipped to grow in both depth and reach.
As the Advocacy Division Director you will partner closely with the Chief Program Officer to align advocacy work with CAPSAs strategic vision guide and strategize alongside department leaders improving internal systems and elevating collaborative community partnerships. This role is ideal for a systems thinker with a deep understanding of survivor-centered practices and a passion for strengthening both people and programs.
As a newly created role this position is central to supporting CAPSAs ongoing growth and strengthening our capacity to deliver on our mission.

What Youll Bring
You bring at least three years of leadership experience-ideally in advocacy or residential services-and a masters degree in a related field equipping you to oversee and support professional services. You understand the complexity of survivor support work and know how to guide teams through change growth and collaboration. Whether strengthening internal systems or building partnerships in the community you lead with a commitment to impact and care.
