The Clinical Patient Service Representative works closely with front and back-office staff at the sites by providing customer service to patients over the phone to schedule and reschedule appointments make reminder phone calls assist with referrals Prior Authorizations and other patient care related paperwork. The Clinical PSR works at IHCs Patient Service Center.
Corporate Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
