Description of the role:
As a Subaru Internet Sales Associate you will be responsible for interacting with potential customers online addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with online leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Subarus products and offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conducting vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Managing and updating customer information in the dealerships CRM system
- Working collaboratively with the sales finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge features and options for all Subaru models
- Participating in vehicle training programs and staying current with industry trends and developments
- Attending sales meetings and conferences as required
- Assisting with vehicle inventory management and display
- Dedication to continuously learning and improving sales techniques
- Passion for the Subaru brand and its products
