You are confident handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments with care (or learning how to)
You prefer working solo or dislike fast-paced client-facing environments
You are uncomfortable with clear expectations structure constructive feedback or change
You dont enjoy multitasking or supporting sales of meaningful services
You shy away from accountability or dont want to grow in your role

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and follow-through
Greet and assist clients during drop-offs pick-ups and in-person interactions with a high-touch professional and warm approach
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage bookings using our CRM system
Answer phones and respond to inquiries with confidence clarity and compassion
Promote services and products based on pet needs offering the right-fit options for each family
Represent the Tails A Wagn brand with pride-demonstrating integrity enthusiasm and premium service at every touchpoint
A winning personality with a desire to serve others in a fast-paced client-facing environment
Confidence handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
A positive can-do attitude and a natural ability to make people (and pets) feel welcome and supported
Strong communication skills and a professional friendly demeanor
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scheduling software
A commitment to personal growth teamwork and doing the job right
Prior experience in customer service or pet care is a plus-but not required
