Job Title: Construction Health and Safety Consultant
Location: London / Home Counties - Hybrid
Salary:benefits (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic forward-thinking consultancy thats passionate about raising the bar in health and safety across the construction industry.

The business is committed to shaking up the status quodelivering practical hands-on support to clients and making a genuine impact on how safety is understood and implemented on site.

As a Health and Safety Consultant youll work closely with clients across a variety of construction projects supporting them through both pre-construction and live site phases. The focus is on real engagement pragmatic solutions and building lasting relationshipsworking with everyone from operatives to senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad scope of consultancy services including audits inspections risk assessments and training
  • Advise clients on CDM and regulatory compliance offering practical real-world guidance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety culture on site
  • Prepare high-quality reports and documentation tailored to each client
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What were looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a health and safety role (must have had some consultancy or construction / fit-out exposure)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • TechIOSH or MIIRSM membership (or working towards)
  • Solid understanding of CDM regulations within a construction environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident pragmatic approach to client engagement
  • Proactive hands-on mindset with a genuine passion for improving safety standards
