Under the direction of the Clerical Supervisor you will engage in various clerical and office tasks with a focus on accounting duties including invoice processing and budget monitoring. This role serves as the primary invoice reconciler for all county purchases necessitating effective communication with both the comptroller and vendors to address any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include receiving invoices determining the appropriate payment methods and processing payments for non-purchase order invoices while also securing workflow verification from a designated level 1 approver. Additionally you will be tasked with responsible for contacting all vendors regarding any outstanding invoices related to purchase orders for materials and services.
