Operations AnalystJob Description
As the Operations Analyst you will build and identify areas that need training and opportunities for improving processes and close gaps and prioritize solutions to these issues. Your will also be responsible for education/training for new hires.
Your role:
- Translate improvement of processes into business solutions
- Execute long-term strategies to enhance overall service operations and maintenance delivery and efficiency.
- Lead the execution of daily management activities utilizing problem-solving techniques to address challenges and actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
- Execute large-scale changes or upgrades to service processes or systems ensuring strategic implementation minimal disruption and alignment with organizational goals.
Youre the right fit if:
- Youve acquired 0 prior experience required with Bachelors OR 4 years of experience with Vocational Education some industry experience is preferred
- You have the ability to build and support documents and own all standard processes and continuous education
- You have a bachelors degree/ Vocational Education in Operations Management Service Management Engineering Mathematics Science or equivalent degree
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- Youre a educational motivator for junior analysts and team members by sharing best practices and providing direction on process improvements to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to service operations
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Malvern PA is $60000 to $95000.
The pay range for this position in Pleasonton CA is $64000 to $102000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern PA or Pleasonton CA.
