JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: PSH Site Manager
Pay Range: $68640-$80000 PER YR
Reporting To: PSH Program Manager
Work Type: On-site
POSITION SUMMARY:
The PSH Site Manager will oversee caregivers and daily schedule on a day-to-day basis and ensure that work is completed and clients needs are met. The site manager will facilitate communication between staff and the corporate office. In addition to ensure that daily operations and activities at the site run efficiently and adhere to the policies set by Libertana.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in health administration or equivalent field of study preferred.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Must be able to communicate effectively read write legibly spell correctly perform basic mathematics understand and carry out service plans and physician orders.
- Must demonstrate competency in performing personal care services prior to providing patient care.
- Current and satisfactory report on pre-employment physical examination including TB Screening Test or chest X-ray as required by Agency policies and procedures. Must be free from signs of infection and illness.
- Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Staffing schedule.
- Monthly staff meetings.
- Monthly In-Services for staff.
- Documentation as needed on clients. Updating charts with new client information as received including medication lists doctors orders etc.
- Weekly Activity Reports
- Maintaining accurate and up to date compliance logs including but not limited to OSHA logs workplace violence and injury logs.
- Maintaining site ex. ordering office supplies.
- Collaborates with site Activity Coordinators to develop appropriate programs. Oversees Monthly Activity Calendar at each PSH facility Ensure ongoing communication and relationship development with staff.
- Random audits of clients charts on a quarterly basis.
- Responds to requests or concerns at PSH sites and assists in resolving them.
- Attends monthly site managers meetings.
- Ensures the credentials of employees and reviews are up to date and turned in timely.
- Interviewing and Hiring staff as needed.
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction/service.
- Supporting the Resident Technicians with clients needs.
- Maintain a comfortable work environment for all employees.
- Knowledge of Confidentiality HIPAA and healthcare laws and regulations
- Staff evaluations for both 90 day and annual reviews.
- Follows policies and procedures as per Employee Handbook.
- Reports Fraud and Abuse.
- Knowledge of mandated reporting.
- Conducts timely recording and/or documentation of client contact.
- Conforms to all agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer telephone and keyboard on a frequent basis.
- Close vision requirements due to computer work on a frequent basis
- Light to moderate lifting may be required up to 50lbs on a frequent basis. Up to 100lbs 15% of the time.
- Pushing and pulling up to 50lbs on a frequent basis. Over 50lbs 20% of the time.
