Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and solutions-focused Industrial Engineer to join our growing team dedicated to building a resilient and sustainable rare earth magnet supply chain. In this role you will play a key part in designing optimizing and improving our production systems operational processes and supply chain networks. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency scalability and environmental responsibility of our operations.

As an Industrial Engineer at our company youll embrace the challenge of solving complex problems that dont yet have clear answers. You will collaborate across departments and work alongside customers to build innovative solutions that set industry benchmarks. Delivering quality will be central to your workyou will help ensure that our processes are efficient safe and meet the highest standards of performance and precision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and designs manufacturing processes for a production facility.
  • Analyzes assembly fabrication machining and other processes.
  • Maximizes efficiency by optimization of layout of equipment workflow assembly methods and work force utilization.
  • Determines the parts equipment tools and processes needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
  • May conduct or direct time and cost analysis of processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process optimization systems engineering or lean manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industrial engineering software/tools.
  • A passion for sustainability innovation and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Six Sigma Green belt certification or higher
