Job Description

For one of our ongoing multi-year Project we are looking for an Accela Business Analyst who can work on a Hybrid basis from office( 2 days a Week) out of Denver Colorado. Knowledge on Accela or similar workflow platform highly preferred.

The IT Business Analyst will help support the Accela solution across the permitting licensing and inspection processes and business needs of our technology solutions.

  • Perform requirements gathering and workflow technical and functional system specifications and translate requirements for developers. Act as a business point of contact for system testing as needed.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile and Agile-hybrid environments utilizing tools such as ADO or Jira
  • Experience with Accela or other permitting/licensing software.
  • Experience with workflow analysis and integrations.
  • Knowledge of various requirements gathering and modeling techniques such as BPMN
  • Experience working with and educating customers on utilization of technology/industry best practices.
  • Passion for accurately documenting functional and technical requirements.
  • Practical knowledge developing and coordinating end user testing.
  • Experience with business process development and ITIL change management.
