Job Description
A turn-down attendant is responsible for providing turn-down service in hotels which involves preparing a guests room for the evening by tidying up turning the bed sheets down and replenishing amenities. They ensure the room is tidy and welcoming for the guests return.
This position is ideal for someone that wants to work 12pm-8pm or 5pm-8pm.

Responsibilities:
- Anticipate guests needs
- Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Clean rooms/suites as assigned which includes: making beds cleaning
- bathrooms dusting vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
- prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes adjust room lighting
- etc.
- Report room as clean to front desk
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
- Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
