Responsibilities
The Radiologic Technologist (Clinical Care Attendant) supports efficient patient care and clinic operations in our fast-paced Express Care Clinic in Waukee IA. This hybrid role combines front and back office responsibilities with diagnostic imaging working closely with Providers and clinical staff to deliver safe high-quality and compassionate care.
Perform diagnostic imaging and operate radiologic equipment following safety protocols
Conduct quality control checks and ensure radiation protection standards are met
Check in patients verify information and collect/update medical history
Room patients take vital signs and assist with clinical documentation
Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms; sterilize instruments as needed
Relay messages between patients and Providers; assist with paperwork and patient communications
Maintain logs and clinic records including equipment and medication checks
Qualifications
Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
ARRT certified or eligible; Iowa limited x-ray permit required
BLS and Mandatory Reporter certifications (required)
Valid drivers license (if job duties require travel)
