Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented Software UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for designing exceptional user experiences coupled with a background in UX/UI design. The candidate should also exhibit quick learner skills to adapt to new tools and technologies a design and collaboration platform similar to Figma and FigJam.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for websites and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows workflow diagrams and other design documentation to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and frameworks.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (main) Sketch Adobe XD etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Experience with designing for web and mobile platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Availability to start immediately preferably available in the mornings and not currently engaged in a full-time job. Candidates meeting these criteria will be prioritized.
