The Intern IT Operations and Compliance is responsible for working closely with IT Middleware Operations Leader and with global teams within position reports to the Senior Manager Integrations & Compliance Controls Operations and is part of the Information Technology department located in Krakow Poland and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Collect and analyze necessary data for audits and evaluate information.
Prepare clear detailed audit documentation evidencing the results of actual testing procedures in accordance with Internal Auditor standards.
Prepare documents of internal controls and procedures to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Stay informed about changes in auditing standards and requirements.
Maintain & update IT tools inventory information to ensure CMDB is updated with latest information.
Utilize Jira and Service-Now ticketing tools to track and update tasks. Understand and ensure the tasks are performed in alignment with IT processes.
Who you are:
Have experience and/or knowledge with the computer systems
Ability to follow instructions from standard IT and compliance procedures
Basic understanding of IT Service Management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Any software or IT certifications
