As a learning and development generalist at PwC you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you will engage in activities across the talent lifecycle primarily in recruitment and talent acquisition activities. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain exemplary standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in HR Business or related field

- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR PMO roles

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
