- Experience in lead generation to identify and convert potential applicants keen on joining the educational programs.
- Strong communication skills to articulate information clearly and respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Ability in application processing to review verify and ensure complete documentation for successful student admissions.
- Experience in customer service to address and resolve applicant queries and provide support throughout the enrollment process.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role showcasing a solid understanding of the academic admission landscape.
