Role Overview
Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Automation Leader to head automation projects across our key verticals Coil Springs Disc Springs and Fasteners. This high-impact role focuses on driving automation for enhanced efficiency quality improvements and reduced manpower dependency. Youll lead new automation developments and retrofit existing machinery using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Design & execution of SPMs and automated production lines
- PLC HMI programming & system integration (Siemens Mitsubishi Allen Bradley)
- Electrical & mechanical design with safety compliance
- Experience in robotics vision systems pick-and-place units and miniature components
- Retrofit existing machinery with smart automation
- Knowledge of SCADA IoT Industry 4.0 is a big plus
Leadership & Management
- Lead cross-functional automation projects from concept to commissioning
- Strong in vendor development negotiation and project costing
- Excellent in communication commercial awareness and team leadership
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi preferred
Additional Technical Proficiencies
- SCADA HMI PLC programming
- Pneumatics hydraulics servo systems
- Industrial networking automation sensors
- Domain experience in fasteners or miniature automation is preferred
Project Ownership
- Create and manage project budgets and ROI analysis
- Drive design prototyping testing and implementation
- Conduct feasibility studies process audits
- Track KPIs: cycle time uptime manpower savings and quality metrics
- Ensure all projects meet compliance and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: BE/Diploma Electronics Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Instrumentation or Robotics
- Experience: 1020 years in automation and machine development
- Age: Below 45 years
- Strong technical analytical and leadership capabilities
