Key Responsibilities
Oversee all F&B operations ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with culinary teams to craft seasonal menus with wellness-centric influences
Lead fine dining specialty restaurants room service and curated experiences
Inspire train and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation and consistency
Maintain high standards in procurement budgeting and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate
Proven leadership in premium standalone resorts preferably with wellness exposure
Strong understanding of modern dining trends sustainable practices and guest engagement
Excellent financial communication and team management skills
A passion for creating memorable gastronomic experiences
