What youll do

• Drive market research and collect relevant information for targeted transformation conversation.
• Guiding customer through their transformation journey across industries.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to drive adoption.
• Manage the contractual aspects of project execution and thereby create and own statements of work with the customer.
• Manage Scope Schedule Cost Quality of the project through its life cycle.
• Drive and actively participate in the improvement process create an environment for continuous learning and improvement.
• Build Manage and Maintain business network across global regions.
• Work hands on BTP building and testing applications leveraging BTP services.
• Design and build Analytical and data applications to address customer requirements.
• Ability to guide and work with a team to execute complex customer involving integration Build Apps development Analytics and warehousing development AI scenario development.

What you bring

• 10 years of experience in doing multiple SAP implementation projects especially as a technology lead.
• Expert in one of the programming languages and skills e.g. ABAP Java or JavaScript. Python programming will be a plus.
• Strong experience in SAP data and analytics projects and platform over multiple customer projects.
• Expert on BTP platform and services and able to use BTP to build applications.
• UI development experience with HTML5 SAPUI5/Fiori Elements is a nice to have.
• Development in SAP BTP using at least one of the following (SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Restful ABAP Programming Model) is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Extensibility Model (Key User Extensibility On-Stack Developer Extensibility Side-by-Side Extensibility).
• Experience in software- design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience of tools like SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Knowledge and working ability with SAP Artificial Intelligence core and services is a plus.
• Can do it attitude and flexible to accept a change in home location for a mutually agreed time period depending on the business need of the global team.
• Strong knowledge in developing technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of SAP Technology & Technology Strategy Cloud Technologies and Market Trends.
• Openness for travel and do customer-facing work work across time zones if required.
• Good presentation and communication skills to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner.
• Strong conflict management change management and negotiation skills Ability to influence without authority.
• Experiences in project management as well as stakeholder management.

A global team serving the SAP eco-system (global Customers Partners Internal teams) focused on demonstrating value de-risking customer investments accelerating innovation via complex PoCs Prototypes and Pilot engagements since 24 years. In the past 15 years SAP DB & VP has been fully owning executing and delivering approximately 80 to 90 project engagements monthly based for all our global customer commitments.
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Technology Platform Senior Consultant to join us to support several key strategic initiatives that we are running. We are looking for candidates with a deep expertise in SAP solution and customer facing experience.
