Job Description
Our client is a well-established personal injury practice in Chorley is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to manage a mixed caseload of employers liability public liability and road traffic accident claims.

The Role:
- Handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL/RTA claims under supervision
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Conducting legal research and liaising with clients courts and opposing parties
- Managing files and progressing cases efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience handling EL/PL/RTA personal injury claims is essential
- Strong case management drafting and communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and a Case Management System (LEAP experience is beneficial but training can be provided)
- Organized proactive and able to work independently under supervision
