Theatre Scrub Practitioner
Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital Nursing Permanent Full time Includes weekend work
Up to 40000 per annum depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Opportunity to complete SFA training with adjustment in compensation on completion of course

As a Theatre Scrub Practitionerat our Cambridge Hospital youll be focused detail-oriented empathetic with great communication skills. Youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Theatre Scrub Practitioneryou will:
Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
Use state-of-the-art technology equipment and facilities.
Supervise support and develop junior members of the team.
Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development which can include Surgical First Assist training.
