Job Description

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the RidgeTech team by delivering exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the VP of Operations you execute on all areas of human resources including the full employee lifecycle performance enablement talent management and health and safety program. The position plays a key role in fostering an environment and culture where the team can thrive.


Job Status: Temporary Position to Cover a Parental Leave of Absence

Anticipated Start Date: Monday July 14 2025

Job Summary

  • Execute and support Team Members through the Employee Experience Lifecycle; including milestones perks employee issues onboarding offboarding etc.
  • Facilitate and lead full cycle recruitment for co-op and full-time positions including candidate communication candidate sourcing interview coordination and compliance.
  • Maintain HR and Health & Safety related compliance best practices policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture and support a safety centric culture including safety orders team member awareness and JHSC compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate and support the performance management process including all documentation process management coaching and scheduling.
  • Manage HR related communications within the organization.
  • Support organizational efforts to provide access to learning and development opportunities.
  • Administer company benefits program and support team members with leaves of absences.
  • Execute People & Culture Programs including wellness initiatives engagement surveys and other initiatives under the direction of RidgeTech leadership.
  • Educate team members and candidates on RTA company culture programs and opportunities.
  • Participate in the execution of team events and other culture initiatives.
  • Adhere to the RidgeTech Automation Company Policies and uphold the Health & Safety Program.
  • Other duties as assignedto support other Team Members and RTA business operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Experience with BambooHR & Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement.
  • CHRP designation current or in progress or equivalency would be considered an asset.
  • Possess working knowledge of relevant legislation including the Employment Standards Act Human Rights Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Highly motivated and professional person who is driven to create a positive team member experience.
  • Ability to work independently organizing time and tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build operational relationships.
  • Comfortable working with and coaching team members through complex and difficult issues.


Other Requirements

  • Hold and maintain a valid Class G license
  • Have reliable and dependable transportation
  • Able to attend the Cambridge office
  • References and background check required


Working Hours & Locations

  • Temporary Position to Cover Parental Leave
  • Hourly Position 3-5 days per week (up to 40 hours/week) based on operational demand.
  • Must be able to work from the office in Cambridge Ontario.
  • Anticipated Start Date: Monday July 14 2025
