What this job involves
Working as part of our Capital Markets team youll focus on the development of our logistics and industrial Capital Markets business. Youll be advising on institutional sales processes on behalf of our clients which include corporates and institutions both on the sell-side and on the buy-side.
Our client transaction process will be central to your role. This will involve :
- sourcing establishing and maintaining relationships with (prospective) clients
- delivering on project feasibility
- providing market and strategic insights
- conducting investment analyses
- analysing financial reports
- work jointly with the team in preparing qualitative investment memos
- delivering investor market presentations
assisting clients in structuring and implementing sales processes from strategic positioning to marketing due diligence advice and closing)
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:
Smart
A university degree in Finance Economics or Law will be advantageous .
Youll need a successful experience in a commercial and/or financial function of at least 5 years. As such well expect you to have gained a previousexperience in the business-to-business Industrial and Logisticssector.
Youll be able to deal with clients at a strategic level (CEO CFO CIO )
Youll have fluent knowledge of Dutch French and English.
Youll also be used to working with MS Office including advanced Excel.
Youll be entrepreneurial and have a self-starter attitude.
An analytical mind
An ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information is essential.
Well expect you to have great organizational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Open
Excellent communication skills are important both written and spoken.
Most importantly youll want to work as a team player being part of a supportive and talented team joining the leading Capital markets team in Belux.
