Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Gain in-depth product knowledge across the entire Kia vehicle range.
Provide tailored advice and service based on individual customer needs.
Support customers throughout the entire sales journey - from test drives to aftercare.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance and Aftercare.
Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Learn to resolve queries and concerns with confidence and care.
Maintain a clean safe and compliant work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service.
Motivation to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Valid Drivers Licence.
Desirable:
Previous experience in retail hospitality or a customer-facing role.
An interest in the automotive industry or prior exposure to vehicle sales.
Sales knowledge or experience will be highly regarded.
Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced sales professionals.
