What Youll Do:
Provide friendly knowledgeable customer service at the parts counter
Support both retail customers and service technicians with parts needs
Process parts orders returns and invoices accurately
Help manage inventory through stocking bin counts and organization
Track and update customers on special order parts
Keep the parts department clean efficient and professional
Use dealer systems to check availability pricing and inventory
Work closely with the service and sales departments for seamless support
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in auto parts sales (Subaru or dealership experience is a big plus!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with X-Time Inspect or Dealertrack DMS is a bonus
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
