Job Description
Howard Memorial is looking to fill our part time (24 hours per week)position for Wound Care RN individual works closely between HMH and an additional organization to provide top tier wound care service to our patients. A portion of the hours will be assigned to marketing duties for this position as well.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Functions as a liaison between Wound Care Specialists and HMH
- Coordinates wound care performance improvement program and reports results to the Performance Improvement Committee
- Monitors patient care and processes for regulatory compliance purposes
- Reviews Wound Care Specialists policy/procedure/protocols and monitors compliance
- Conducts chart audits as requested
- Marketing duties obtaining referrals
- All other duties assigned by Chief Nursing Officer
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- BLS/ACLS required
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN licensure
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience preferred
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
