Job Description
As a Realtor for our Venture Development Realty in the Volusia County area you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary objective will be to connect buyers and sellers ensuring a smooth and efficient process from listing to closing. You will leverage your knowledge of the local real estate market to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance. Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique requirements will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Volusia County real estate market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the Volusia County area.
