How do you excel in this position
This position is responsible for the weekly union and non-union payroll processing for all Stark entities updating and maintaining payroll records preparing certified payroll reports according to the Davis-Bacon Act and provides reporting and administrative support to Finance and Human Resources. The ideal candidate has prevailing wage knowledge and experience with multiple rates and job classifications. Must have strong analytical skills and ability to balance payroll before processing to ensure 100% accuracy.
