You will play an integral role in PwCs ESG servicesprovided to clients.
Understand the process workflow related to work requestsfrom initiation through completion understand howworkflow is managed within the firms workflowmanagement tool understand optimal and required mannerin which to document results of work performed

Serve as participant on communications with numerousengagement teams

As part of the ESG team members will assist territoryengagement teams with multiple ESG specific relatedactivities as given below.
Desktop research including both qualitative and quantitativeaspect of various ESG / sustainability matrices (GHG D&Ietc.) for companies in diversified sectors and comparing withmultiple framework and rating requirement to support thelandscape assessment
Supporting the assurance process for non-financial dataincluding substantive testing / analytical Procedures / test ofdetails for various ESG / Sustainability matrices (GHG D&IWaste Water Biodiversity etc)
GHG Inventory Workbook and IMP preparation as per GHGprotocol
Documentation of current ESG process creation ofguidelines checklists policies procedures and other relatedprogram content to align with best practice and frameworksas part of ESG readiness program
Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordancewith SDC User Guide instructions as applied to engagementteam work request submissions
Maintain working knowledge of SDC User Guides
Monitor time and manage deadlines
Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures
Participate in training coaching and other developmentalopportunities
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting and Statistics/Sustainability Management and related fields / ManagementInformation Systems/Engineering
Minimum 4 years experience in the domains mentioned in the Job Description above Candidates with Big 4 or equivalentexperience would be preferred
Certification(s) preferred:
SASB FSA Level 1 /Level 2
Chartered Accountant
ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gas Validation and Verification
GRI/TCFD Certification
ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Knowledge Required:
Detailed knowledge of Global sustainability frameworks /standard such as CSRD ESRS SASB TCFD CDP GRI GHGprotocol and ESG ratings (MSCI Sustainalytics) etc
Basic understanding of audit concepts business processes andregulations specific to non-financial data
Basic understanding of concept of carbon neutrality and Net Zeroenvironmental due diligence
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e. WordExcel PowerPoint Visio etc.). including basic understanding ofdata visualization and analytics. Strong excel skill including anunderstanding of the v-lookup text reference Match Index andlogical and information functionality in excel.
