You will be the primary caregiver ensuring their safety wellbeing and rights are always protected. With empathy respect and professionalism you will support each young persons individual needs and development.
Acting as a positive role model you will help them build life skills manage relationships and work toward personal goals. You will communicate effectively collaborate within a supportive team environment and uphold Unitings values policies and commitment to child safety. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends is essential.

In addition to payrate equivalent to SCHADS Level 3 25% Casual loading super you can access the following.
