As aFood Services Assistant youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincents Care Services Bronte facility.
St Vincents Care Services Bronteis a boutique facility located in one of Sydneys beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.

Things that work for us:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in an aged care facility or hospital environment desirable providing services that support high quality food services outcomes for residents customers and staff of the Facility
High level of customer service skills
Flexibility to work morning &/or afternoon shifts across the week
Willingness to work in the kitchen or on serving completing wash-up duties unloading deliveries &/or whatever is required to provide an excellent food service for our residents.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation and food safety standards
An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Current flu and COVID-19 vaccinations and National Police Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
