Job Description:
- Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
- Measure and record residents vital signs such as temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration rates.
- Assist residents with mobility including transferring repositioning and ambulation.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care in a timely manner ensuring compliance with facility policies.
- Report any changes in residents conditions to the nursing staff promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by ensuring that rooms bathrooms and common areas are tidy.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote social interaction and mental well-being
