Position Summary:
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing developing testing and deploying high-quality technical solutions on the Salesforce platform for PSG. This role will focus on building custom applications managing integrations with other business systems and ensuring the technical health and optimization of PSGs Salesforce environment. You will collaborate closely with PSGs internal teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical implementations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a key technical resource on the Salesforce platform leveraging expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Flows and platform APIs.
Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including applications components and integrations to meet business requirements.
Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other critical business systems (e.g. ERP Marketing Automation) using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms.
Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform including custom objects fields validation rules workflows process builder and flows.
Collaborate with administrators and analysts to troubleshoot technical issues perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Contribute technical documentation including design specifications test plans and deployment procedures.
Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
Work with the Dover Digital team and other third-party vendors as a PSG technical lead on Salesforce and related projects.
Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field required.
4 years of work experience in software development roles with 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex LWC Visualforce).
Proven experience developing and managing integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools/middleware.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and governor limits.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (Flows Process Builder Validation Rules etc.).
Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
