Job Description
Requirements
- Proven experience (5 years) in managing certification processes for wind turbines or similar industrial products
- In-depth knowledge of IEC 61400 series (including IECand 61400-23) and certification body requirements
- Experience working with certification authorities such as DNV T V S D UL or similar
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 ISO 45001 ISO 14001)
- Understanding of wind turbine components manufacturing tolerances materials traceability and testing protocols (static fatigue and dynamic)
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead audits and conformity assessment processes
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Technical Files Design Evaluation Reports and Manufacturing Evaluation Reports
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across engineering quality and OEM teams
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Mechanical Electrical Aerospace or Industrial Engineering
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus
- Experience with type certification transfers technology licensing or re-certification of locally manufactured components is an advantage
