Job Description

Reporting to the Project Director the Change Manager will lead and deliver the change component of the asset management transformation by.

Develop and execute change management strategies and plans

Communicate change effectively to all stakeholders both internally and externally.

Manage resistance to change and facilitate positive adoption.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with change implementation.

Collaborate with project teams leaders and other key stakeholders.

Assess and measure the impact of change initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to employees during times of transition

Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Provide support to in the writing of documents

Provide translation support (written and verbally) between Bahasa Indonesian and English languages.


Qualifications :

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesian and English language written and verbal.

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

10 years of experience in change management.

Strong communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.

Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change processes.

Experience with stakeholder management and influencing.

Experience in working and delivering remotely and independently.

Good report writing presentation and communication skills.
