The Product Knowledge Team builds the foundation that powers Amazons shopping experiences worldwide. We develop standardized semantically rich product knowledge that drives customer discovery selling partner success and internal data enrichment across the worlds largest ecommerce catalog. As part of Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) we make product knowledge intuitive and compelling.
The Role: As a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) on our team youll lead global initiatives that directly impact how millions of customers discover and purchase products on Amazon. Youll collaborate with ontology managers software development managers knowledge builders and applied scientists to deliver innovative solutions. Youll also build strategic partnerships across Amazon working with retail businesses search teams operations and listing partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What Youll Do
* Own end-to-end program delivery - from strategy definition through implementation and measurement * Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering ontology and business teams * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status and impact * Influence product roadmaps using data-driven frameworks * Identify and remove blockers to help teams move quickly * Improve how we track goals status and business metrics * Mentor peers and evangelize semantic technologies across Amazon
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5 years of technical product or program management experience - 3 years of software development experience - 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with strong executive communication skills - verbal and written
