As a Lead Twaddler Teacher at The Learning Experience you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Curriculum: Create and execute age appropriate lesson plans and exercises that meet childrens needs across all areas of development.
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Previous experience as a Two Year Old Teacher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
- Experience with Potty Training

Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have a CDA Associates Degree in ECE or related field
- High school diploma/GED (required)
