Job Description
School: Castle High School
Hours: 4.25 hrs 9:15 am - 1:30pm
Position: Dish Room
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- HACCP documentation logs
Service:
- Put away dishes till break
- 1st line sink 1 retrieve dirty dishes
- 2nd line sink 1 retrieve dirty dishes
- 3rd line sink 2 wash dishes
- 4th linesink 2 was dishes
- 5th line sprayer
Closing Task:
- Daily weekly and monthly cleaning
- Anytask deemed appropriate by the manager.
- Roll up and spray off mats
- Sweep/mop floor
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour duringashort training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of
training andpositive review from manager.
