Job Description
School: CNMS
Hours: 6.5 hrs. (6:30 a.m. -1 :00 p.m.)
Position: Rotation ( Main Entree Baker & Fruit)
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- Main Entrees
- Hot Food Cook for lunch
- HACCP documentation logs
- Clean prep area
Service:
- Preps All Hot foods
- Preps food for the following day
Closing Task:
- Complete production records
- Daily weekly and monthly cleaning
- Put up stock
- Take out trash
- Any task deemed appropriate by the manager.
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour duringashort training period but will increase to $17.43 upon completion of
training andpositive review from manager.
