At Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) we dont just provide water and electricity we deliver essential services that are vital to the community. EWEB is seeking a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager II with strong critical thinking skills and experience managing projects in utilities or closely related industries like renewable energy smart grid or telecommunications.
The Project Managers will report to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager and be part of a project management team with the focus on delivering strategic cross-departmental projects. Project drivers may vary including technological advancement business transformation organizational change regulatory requirement market demand resilience and reliability improvement infrastructure upgrade and others.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting annual salaries are as follows commensurate with knowledge skills education and experience as it relates to the position:
Project Manager II: $89685 - $112106.37
Senior Project Manager: $103821 - $129777

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Equivalency:An equivalent combination of education and experience aligned to successfully perform the essential duties of this job may qualify.
Project Manager II:
Senior Project Manager:
Recommended Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
Oregon drivers license required: No

Post-offer physical/functional test required: No
Work Location: This position is based inEugene Oregon and has been approved for hybrid work arrangement involving a combination of telecommuting and working on-site. The selected candidate must live in the state of Oregon.
