Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
With great attention to detail and the ability to work either in a team environment or independently the Warehouse Person receives goods from manufacturers stocks after marking process and delivers the goods to the proper locations.
Pay Rate:
$18.50 per hour
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives (weigh measure count) stores and distributes all goods and related supplies. Checks for damaged goods.
- Completes all required forms and paperwork.
- Completes all emergency order deliveries.
- Maintains all equipment and work area in a neat clean and orderly manner. Follows established safety practices.
- Ensures the safekeeping of and the quality standards of food beverage and supplies to the point of issue to the units and/or stands.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year prior experience working in a warehouse
- Knowledge/use of an RF scanner.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:
Florida Drivers License is required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and or move between 50 and 100 pounds.
- Comfortable being occasionally exposed to heights.
- Maintaining a clean work environment with use of cleaning chemicals.
- Comfortable being occasionally exposed to extreme cold (non-weather); and extreme heat (non-weather).
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
