JOB POSTING The following position an anticipated opening in the Elgin Local Schools for the 2025-2026 school year:Position: Assistant Principal/Dean of Students Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree requiredMasters Degree in Education Leadership preferredAdministrator/Principal Licensure preferred OTES Credentialing required Experience at Primary (PK-3rd) Level preferredBCI/FBI Clearance Essential Functions:Supporting the Principal with the overall administration and management of the Discipline and Well-Being by administering the student code of conduct overseeing discipline and attendance and ensuring consistent application of school with daily school operations such as supervising in the principals absence Assess/Evaluate Teachers and teaching effectivenessSalary: To Be Determined based on experience and Board-adopted salary scheduleContract Days: 205 DaysStart Date: August 1 2025Date Posted: Friday June 13 2025Deadline of Application: Thursday June 26 2025If you are interested please submit letter of interest and resume electronically to:Mr. Matt Holsinger Elementary
