Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in Auburn Hills MI. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for providing excellent care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with their personal care including bathing grooming and dressing
- Monitoring and recording patients vital signs
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients
- Keeping accurate records of patient care services
Requirements:
