Job Description
Position Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in business finance supply chain public administration
- Experience in a purchasing position in a medium size/large organization.
Performance Criteria:
- Maintain district vendor database vendor on-boarding vendor scoring vendor relationships
- Issue RFP RFQ for products and services work with internal stakeholders
- Procurement strategy cadence of commodity bids cost saving opportunities
- Review vendor contracts
- Inventory management
- Data management and reporting (cost savings other Key Performance Indicators)
- Meeting with internal departments regarding needs
- Assist with disposal of surplus items
