You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Assistant Director Employer Engagement & Programs is responsible for supportingTippieundergraduate students and engaging hiring organizations for increased outcomes. The Assistant Director will be responsible for educating facilitating and engaging with students planning and executing professional development presentations programs events and supporting employer engagement. Building and developing relationships is an important component of the role. This position also supports the outcomes of the college and priorities of the Career Services team to create opportunities and increase the engagement of our students with external constituents. This is a growing team who is seeking a dynamic and resourceful professional to make immediate impact to undergraduate career support.
The Assistant Director works collaboratively with multiple units within the Tippie College of Business and is responsible for contributing to a culture in which our core values (impact innovation and integrity) are at the forefront of all activities. The Assistant Director must embrace and support new approaches and continuous improvement to drive results lead a culture of optimism collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
Please Note: This is a student facing role; we are open to working one day a week remotely after a 90-day training period.
