Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will play a vital part in creating a positive experience for our customers by addressing their inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service and follow-up.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices during onboarding.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
