Job Description
Busy Italian restaurant looking for Servers with bartending experience. For a long-term commitment. Please do not apply if you are looking for a quick 3-6 month gig. Most of our staff have been with us since we opened in 2016.
This is for immediate training and hiring- if you are interested in the position please research our menu and website by looking at our Instagram @gersirestaurant @uliveto @gersirva and send resume to to confirm for a shadow shift/interview- with some knowledge of the menu and business. Please call before coming to set a shadow shift/interview.
Please do not apply if you plan on taking a long period of vacation after a month of employment. Please apply when you return and we will be happy to interview you.
Please bring a pen and dress in dark pants/jeans and a nice button-down shirt/blouse/dress/jumper (DRESS TO IMPRESS). Do not show up in all-black catering wear- we are an NYC-based restaurant and want to see your personality and style.

This is our original location we have now expanded to 2 other locations in Richmond VA (Gersi RVA and Uliveto)

Candidates MUST: Be available for Brunch on weekends.
Be able to work in a face-paced environment
Take directions and follow rules (Never allowed to tell anyone no to a reservation or table without permission)
Have knowledge of food/wine (some- will teach!)
Understand the ends and outs of the hospitality industry
Be able to work Week-Ends / Holidays
Be on time presentable and professional
Maintain a positive genuine and welcoming attitude at all times
Be accommodating of customers needs
Maintain a clean and organized workplace
Must be available for Brunch on Weekends
