How will you make an impact in this role
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

The Commercial Data Office (CoDO) is an exciting and fast-paced entrepreneurial team delivering the data strategy and innovation for GCS. Through a collaborative partnership with the Enterprise Chief Data Office CoDO aims to unlock new data opportunities ensure best-in-class data operations and maximize growth and retention by supporting product marketing and segment strategies.
The Commercial Data Quality & Issue Management (DQIM) team drives a robust line of defense for GCS by advising partners on how to balance business growth with appropriate controls. On behalf of our high-profile customers and programs we serve as the end-to-end process owner leading cross-functional teams and projects to remediate data issues drive policy and optimize process.
We are seeking a driven strategic and innovative professional to fill our Sr Manager position in Commercial Data Quality & Issue Management (DQIM). This individual will be responsible for supporting global regulatory and compliance programs for the business unit. This role will reports to the Director DQIM Commercial Data Office.
