The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist (level 4) to join our team in Phoenix AZ or Dallas Texas.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads audits and assessments of complex suppliers systems processes and products.
- Documents and reports audit and assessment results.
- Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers.
- Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work.
- Provides education and coaching on quality systems regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
- Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3 years experience of conducting/leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) Audits
- 3 years experience of conducting Quality investigations Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools
- 5 years experience using analytical collaboration communication and organizational skills
- 3 years experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA control plans SPC and MSA
- Working knowledge of ISO9001 AS9100 and AS9145
- ODA Unit Member experience
