Customer Support Technician II (on-site) Plano TX

Want a seat at our table The Customer Support Technician II will provide frontline technical support for Ziosks point-of-sale systems software and hardware. You will be instrumental in troubleshooting incidents for our restaurant client customers involving Windows Servers networking and connectivity with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.


The Main Course Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues across Ziosk platforms including POS systems and Windows Server environments.

Respond to and manage support tickets via email phone and monitoring tools.

Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Conduct root cause analysis and proactively resolve customer issues.

Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback on recurring issues.

Adhere to performance metrics and work scheduled shifts.



What You Bring To The Table Qualifications

3 years in server-side technical support within a corporate setting.

Experience with CRM/JIRA ticketing systems POS and Office 365 support.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and networking.

Excellent communication problem-solving and customer service skills.

Comfortable interacting professionally with restaurant management and technical teams.
